Refund and Return Policy

Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags on and in the original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@pluvor.com. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must cover the costs of sending the item back.

  • Please send the package via a parcel service and inform us of the tracking number.

In the event of a return process (if applicable), we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 10 business days after the day on which we receive the return package.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The payments you have made, excluding delivery charges as set out in the terms and conditions, will be returned without undue delay but no later than 10 working days after we receive your return package. We will process the refund using the same payment methods you used for the original transaction, unless you agree to a different solution. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.


Consumer complaint - Defective product

If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to lodge a complaint.

Regarding the defect, you can request:

  • Replacement of the item with a fault-free item,

  • Removing the error,

  • A price reduction.

You can file a complaint within one year of discovering the defect, but the complaint period cannot expire before the end of the product's warranty period.

Your complaint will be processed (response sent) within 30 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.

To ensure quick processing of your return, please confirm the location of the return address with our customer service info@pluvor.com. Then send the package via a parcel service and inform us of the tracking number.
