Where is my package?
Once you have placed your order, it takes an average of 1 to 2 business days to process your order and 3 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered in Denmark, Australia and Switzerland. If these deadlines are exceeded, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Also check your spam folder as our emails sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time for your tracking link to become active.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do it on this page.
