Changed your mind about an order? How to do it:
How long do I have to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours while it is still being processed. If 24 hours have passed, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.
How do I cancel an order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order via the link in your confirmation email. Look for the section "Changed your mind?" If more than 24 hours have passed, you can email us at info@pluvor.com, and we will see what we can do.
I canceled my order by mistake. Can I undo this?

How do I know if my cancellation was successful?
'When you cancel via the email link, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us at info@pluvor.com with your original order number (#OrderNumber).'
Can't find the option to cancel?
If you cannot find the cancellation link, don't worry. Just send us an email as soon as possible at info@pluvor.com with your order number (#OrderNumber) and a request to cancel or change the order.
